I am interested in participating in your contest but I have a quick question does your company have an affiliation with "energy star"?

No it does not.  We are attempting to play off of the Energy Star logo used by the US Government.  I realize we can not use it exactly.  We are allowed to place it on our literature and website if approved.  You must submit your products or specifications for them and then if you are approved you are granted permission for the use of their logo.

I am interested to work on your project, but I'm still confused with the text in your logo? whether your text logo "Alternative Energy" or the Energy Star Buildings?

The company is Energy Star Buildings and that should be in the logo.  Alternative Energy can be a phrase or part of the logo or if it is not part of the logo it is ok.  All of the buildings offer either Solar, Wind Turbine or Fuel Cell if they are off the grid for example in an oil work site where there is no electrical power.
