Please clarify the project, would this be just a map, no header/footer? What size do you require? Do you want us to send you with a design layout first and once you approve then move to html phase? Or do you have the map already and want us to code it directly, please confirm.

I believe this should have better been a one on one project rather than a contest, this is fairly simple job really.

This is just a map, no header or footer. The size should be 1920W x 1945H but resizeable with iframe adjustment. Yes, a design layout first with HTML coding later is fine. I do not have a map already, just some examples that show where the area code boundaries are. I need you to design the map to look very nice and professional, then make the sections clickable to go to URL's of my choice.

This probably could have been a one on one project, and I will hire you directly to make similar maps for other states if you do a great job on this one.
