Designers - PLEASE DO NOT submit multiple versions of the same design that have only minor differences like artwork. I am looking at your approach and consistency, the artwork is merely a placeholder (I am a designer too). From now on, submissions with duplicates will be rejected.

Thank you all for your hard word - some really great designs coming out.

Designers please note my preference toward flatter designs. Don't use bold 3D drop shadows otherwise my brain will explode.
