$129 is a very small amount to pay for what you're asking, take a look around and you'll realise that.
Also you're looking for a logo design as well as business card designs, but you're budget is only for the business cards.
This is the reason you have not received many submissions, so if you are serious about your project you need to increase the budget.

Hi Luke - frankly, when your ad says $129 it's pretty crappy to be then told you need to pay more or people don't want to do the work. It's whats known as the old bait and switch. Perhaps you should simply advertise the rate you are willing to do the work for. It's a much more honest approach. As for the logos, I was only expecting what was clearly stated in the ad.
