What are you referring by the term "headspot"? Please name that attachment if you mean to add any of the pictures you uploaded.
Secondly i quoted you A$700 because you require online payment and member area as well. These are dynamic requirements. A$500 is very good for a static website design but since your requirements are dynamic, i proposed you a budget of A$700 however a final minimum cost for your project can be A$600. We can give free basic SEO services along with this project for free.
Lastly let me confirm you that your project budget right now is only A$380.
