Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a website for our Aerospace tech business. We build Test equipment for major Aerospace companies like Boeing. I would like to have a website that differentiates us from other companies like ours such as. The links below are whats typical in our line of work. You can see the "test systems" all over these sites. This is the type of thing we build. We have an innovative new way of building these test systems that will change how the entire industry views companies like mine. The website should be visually appealing and say to the customer they should expect more than just an information and link repository.

You can see there is just a bunch of stuff about the company whose site the customer has come to. Now the customer has to figure out how what they need might be organized in all of this noise about News and solutions, etc. I want a website that is very customer focused - meaning "what did they come here to do"? The closest I have seen to this is from another company like ours

Its still not quite what I'm looking for. Customers want to do more than just investigate potential areas of expertise I do want a part of the main page to say very clearly what it is we do, but the rest of it need to be customer focused around the task they want to do. Examples are

Certain tasks like configure a system should be more prominent than others like company information

I'd like a few different types of pages designed

The product pages (don't need ecommerce) need to be hierarchical by category and allow engineers to find the product that meets their specs quickly. It should not be sales focused with too many moving marketing graphics. For example, those same pages displays the information

The products, basic specs, price and links to manuals and data sheets should be prominently displayed and easy to compare between products

For marketing content I'd like a page design that allow for the content to be structured like a magazine page with infographics and visually appealing places to embed pictures and videos. I'll create content with info graphics that match the theme of the site. I'll need a content management system so that pages can be updated and modified to some extent without a professional website builder managing all content pushes.

For pages like support, ordering, getting a quote. It should be super easy for them to just get to where they need - whether they are looking for the phone number, contact form, downloadable order sheets etc

I am looking for a smart design concept with some dummy content in it. Once I winnow in on something that appeals to me I'll provide some more content to those I think are on the right track

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• thicker cardstock
• two tone, different color on front and back
• bevel on one corner only
• Large size company logo with logo glossy or partially glossy. Surprise me with something visually and textually interesting

Schön zu haben

• I personally like the type of orange listed below, but it doesn't strictly fit into our blue/grey company colors. Would be glad to see someone make it work.
• Potentially orange on back side of cardstock, grey the other, or something like that

Sollte nicht haben

• Dont look anything like a standard white business card, but don't go too crazy on layout. Still has to be crisp and professional for other high level executive recipients in the Aerospace industry
