Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We're looking to update our logo to something a bit more modern and striking, but still professional. Both our current graphic and fonts are feeling a bit dated..
We're wanting something that is professional and elegant but not stuffy.
We'd prefer a rectangular shape to the overall logo to fit in with existing placement in documents etc.
Same colours as current logos, but happy for you to play around with which is most prominent.
Please refer to the attached images for what we need each of the three logo versions Happy for all designs to be done based on the Affinitas Accounting logo for design purposes, once we're happy with this we'd look to have the others done in theme.
