I've quickly put together a rough mockup #25797912, I think I've captured most of your notes - many thanks for the guidelines. However, I've quickly put together a different logo to the one that was provided, hopefully this doesn't annoy you. I just think this suits better and may connect better with your target market that might be aiming for which, would be couples from 20 to 35 within the Sydney and Nepean region.
Please let me know if you had envisioned something along the lines of the concept design. Assets and content can be changed and additional pages can also be drafted up and handed to your developer. I did the design with using wordpress in mind it's a better platform for SEO.
