Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a logo design for a new company/startup based in Prague, Czech Republic. We develop a digital/automated platform for collecting and verifying the reliability and completeness of the information provided by the job candidate in the job interview. Our platform helps 1) select the right job seekers by thoroughly examining their past, 2) reduce the risks of recruiting an inappropriate employee from various perspectives, 3) regularly verify employee integrity, 4) meet legislative and compliance requirements (information security, anti-corruption, ESG - governance). We want to provide HR professionals an information that are verified and true, to remove prejudices and enable creation of new successful professional relationships.
New logo design should consist of two elements: 1) text: scaut (shortcut for screening automated), 2) colors of traffic lights (this is how our platform provides results - green = OK, orange = employer revision needed, red = not OK).

thx for your proposals and of course for your effort you invested in it!
Unfortunately we have not chosen any of presented design mainly because of below mentioned reasons:
- majority of proposals look like an adjustments of "ready to use logos" that you can easily google ad that is not what we are looking for, we need to be unique
- majority of proposals are created as a standing alone element and standing alone text, pls just imagine that text scaut itself could be the logo like for example: https://vetty.co
- even we are working on Labor Market or Human Resources area we are not HR agency what is unfortunately visible from the proposals. We provide screening solutions and background checks = we verify data provided by the job seekers within the hiring process and this is something what should be incorporated into the logo.
- do not overcomplicated the design, simplicity is more than welcomed...like for example: https://monday.com
- pls think about the usage of the logo = website, app, banners, etc... = we need full version and short version
