I had a young graphic designer create a logo for my then new business back in 2006. After discussing the core services we provide, global travel management for Public Health researchers, doctors, nurses, midwives, consultants, and more and the highly personalized approach to serving our clients, which we called, Sankofa Travel Concierge Services. The designer helped identify the color scheme and shape of a logo which included the globe with movement by plane and the first initial of our business name, S (see example). I then came up with our first brand tag line, "Because your travel deserves more than an agent." The logo and tag line served very well and I still think it works, although at 18 years, could probably use a refresh if not a redesign.
