I would like to add some additional information to my project. I am hoping that the logo embodies a luxury feeling of travel like the old Pan Am travel posters of the late 50's and 60's. There is a great website that you can look to for more inspiration. www.ultraswank.net The masthead is rich with great fonts and style.

The luxury van I will be using is a mercedes sprinter passenger van, if you need to look at its silhouette for reference.

Our Olympic Peninsula is rich with water, the Olympic Mountains, fir trees, salmon, etc. However, many of our small towns have logo's that have those elements incorporated. I'm looking to go beyond this with my logo.

What are the odds the shape used as background is exactly the same one I proposed among only 16 submissions?

Thank you very much for submitting your idea. I sincerely appreciate all of the designs submitted. There are so many talented people out there and that makes the decision even harder. The design that I have selected, is the one that matched what I had envisioned when I initailly submitted the project. When similar colors, shapes, and genres are used, there is bound to be some cross-over. I am grateful there were so many good choices--including yours!
