Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our film "American Rescue Squad" is an over-the-top comedy in the vein of "South Park". It is a live action comedy satire musical, all-in-one!

Synopsis: A group of mysterious villains known as ‘The Alliance’ sets a trap for the Taxpayer. They imprison him, torture him, and make plans to publicly crucify him. Local janitor Richard Randolph rounds up retired Superheroes, and hatches a plan to rescue the Taxpayer. The villains stage a public rally, where many citizens come to watch the Taxpayer’s crucifixion. The heroes invade the bad guy lair, and a large battle ensues. Various comedic and action-packed musical numbers are intertwined throughout the madness. In the midst of the big political debate and battle for mankind will the heroes save the day?

We are looking for a one sheet poster design that stresses the action comedy element of the film. We have attached some photos of the design from the older Naked Gun movies which went in the same direction. Same with the recent "Hot Rod". We would like to have the poster contain some kind of US Patriotic theme (think fireworks, red white and blue, bald eagles, stars and stripes, perhaps the Statue of Liberty, etc.The theme does not necessarily have to "hit you over the head", so would be interested in seeing ideas that cover a spectrum. Many photo elements from the film are also attached below. Give it your best shot!
