WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a wordpress blog design for my new blog called Cleaning Up My Act.

I'm not an alcoholic. I certainly don't think I am, and I'm fairly certain that if you spoke to my friends and family they would agree that I don't have any issues with substance abuse. I definitely enjoy a drink. A few beers, gin and tonic's or a nice red wine (along with a few cigarettes) have been particular vices for the last few years of my life.

But no more. I'm going 365 with no alcohol and I am giving up cigarettes.

Why? I have my reasons... and this blog will reveal those and chronicle my year long journey.

The blog is called Cleaning Up My Act and I want a clean, crisp design to reflect this new adventure.

I'm looking for a design that is unique and not the same as every other blog you see. I want my readers to feel uplifted when they see it.

Most importantly, the blog needs to be simple for me to use and modify (add a new page if needed in the future)

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• - A graphic banner/branding featuring the blog title. This should be able to be used as a small stand alone logo.
  - Ability to show my latest tweets
  - A connect box where people can click on Facebook, Twitter and Gmail links to contact me
  - A widget that is showing how many days I am into the 365 day challenge (this should feature prominently)
  - A widget that shows how much money as the challenge progresses
  - It should have an ability to subcribe to the blog (RSS feeds)
  - There needs to be an about me page
  - There should be a blog roll
  - There should be a list of categories/tags displayed somewhere (do something creative with this, find a way to make what I am talking about most more prominent!)
  - A recent post link box somewhere at the side to encourage people to keep reading
  - Recent comment links
  - A search functionality
  - An advertisement side bar (only a small amount of advertising will be done - so don't make it too prominent!)
