We require a design for 1 of our core culture value statements. This design will be translated into various print mediums such as T-shirts, wall art & postcards.
The core value to create and work around is
Swim upstream
Bckground - The Salmon swims upstream so that they can lay their eggs in the calm waters away from predators. I think this philosophy should be central to all of us at Traffika. We aren’t happy just accepting the ‘go with the flow’ attitude, and we value working hard now so we can reap the benefits later. Whether this be at the end of the day, at the end of a project, or at the end of our careers.
Often the best way to stand out and to be successful is to go against the flow of what everyone else is doing.
The sucessful designer of this desgin has the opportunity to create the full company culutre design canvas.
