Simple T-shirt for Las Vegas business retreat

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Canada für sein t-shirt design vorgenommen hatte.

This is for a small business retreat to Las Vegas. I want a template that I can submit to have a few t-shirts made.
The back is going to be a fanned out 'four Queens' card hand. It would have an "Affliction" shirt look to it if possible.
There will be the statement "What Happens in Vegas, Never Happened" over and below as in the mock up.
Possibly under the writing a small angel or devil with a whispering motion.
The front would have a stylized poker chip with the 'RLO' inside. This would be upper left chest. Maybe some flaming dice offset under it. This would be done with the brand colors that are brown for lettering, light blue, and bronze/gold accents.
A mock up and sample of the colors is attached.
