Project Tatinger 98 - 3D rendering picture street view - modern building facade

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Germany für sein 3D design vorgenommen hatte.

I need a 3D rendering with a modern façade design for my project Tatinger 98, please.
The two parts of the building are being renovated and I would like a 3D rendering of the exterior view (street view) to decide how the exterior façade will be designed. The old buildings should look very modern after the renovation. I will add my ideas to the order. I am also open to other designs and facade colors. If possible, please suggest ideas.
The left building will be an apartment house and the right building will be a store or bakery store. On the current pictures you can see satellite dishes, chimneys, advertising signs and lamps, these will be removed during the renovation and should please not be visible in the 3D rendering.
