Aluminum Perforated Panel Architectural Box for 20" fan. 23" Cover

I'm needing a BLACK / dark grey perforated aluminum panel design that is 23" by 23" square. I want design of circles, expanding from a center 4" diameter solid circle core with an obvious X forming from that core to the corners. The design is to cover a box fan so a high perforation level is important for air flow, and it should be symmetrical on the four sections. The idea is that the panel both hides the fan but is highly perforated so something like an 80% or greater perforation level is important for air flow. The panel will be laser cut so it's probably important to limit the diameter of the circles to 6 sizes maximum so there is some continuity. I'm including a horrible picture i just drew to show an rough example of what I'm talking about. The box will need a 3/4" inch border. It for the interior of the fan box pictured below. Mehr lesen
