Galt Construction's New Solar Ads Campaign - Potential Long Term Commitment

To start - do not recreate what the two flyers I have already by changing the pictures and making the same thing more flashy. We don't like them, that's why were on this site. Galt Construction needs an updated flyer that catches the eyes of the a commercial property owner with graphics and key words that excite that person to engage our services. Winning designers will have the opportunity for multiple designs, because Galt is changing their corporate ads from simply roofing to allow solar (possibly combined with a insurance claim) to pay the owner and create a return on investment. Attached are two flyers that were self designed which failed to meet market attention. Also attached is our branding guile, and a letter sent to sales associates to outline the solar market bullet points.
