Sun Mullet ad

Hello, I need to design a magazine ad with the dimension of 3.29" wide x 4.6" tall
My company is Sun Mullet, please see www.sunmullet.com for more info.
The ad will need to gear towards hunting and fishing specifically. I'd like to use the fishing pic as the ad background, the other two images as smaller shots on the ad. Banner at the top " SUN - GUN - FUN". " Headwear for the Outdoors!".Other bullet points " UPF 50+", " Works with ANY Headwear, " Many Uses", "Camo and colors" Note: see the attached sketch. Additionally, I'd like to show the available colors with the packaging ( as pictured)if they fit, You can stack or overlap if needed
