Sign Advertisment for Condominium Development

I need a small disclaimer at the bottom stating:

These Condominium(s) have not been registered by the Department of Housing and Community Development Housing Regulation Administration Rental Conversion and Sale Division. A Condominium Unit may be reserved on a non-binding reservation agreement, but no contract of sale or lease that is binding on the purchaser may be entered into prior to registration.
