Improve 4 buttons of our new software

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Singapore für sein app design vorgenommen hatte.

We'll launch soon a streaming audio recorder application. The app is in windows metro style.

Previous designer made 4 buttons that need to be improved and replace : have a look to embeded files.

In file "Whattochange" you'll the what buttons to update
In file "Recording" you see the app while recording and "recording" button as a special state (currently some red to notice it is recording)
In "playing" you see the app while playing track

The app can Record / Play / Pause / Stop / go to parameter window
They are 4 main states for buttons : normal, mouseover, onclic,disabled

We expect those final buttons:
Recording button : normal state, mouseover, onclic, disabled ,recording(currently it add something red...)
Play : normal state, mouseover, onclic, disabled , playing(display a Pause button)
Stop : normal state, mouseover, disabled ,onclic
Parameters : normal state, mouseover, disabled ,onclic
