LOGO EVOLUTION, NOT REVOLUTION

Client would like to add a gear icon to the logo and I need a few more options. Below is the old logo with gear and icon and new logo without the gear icon. Need to add the gear in the light blue colour - gear icon can also be a screen. They are a very upmarket product and they previous logo looks cheap. However, they have strong recognition, hence their desire to maintain the colours and the gear icon. (GEM Equipment is used by other companies globally) The logo must also work in reverse (white) and greyscale. The logo also must fit well with other logos in their corporate family - see uploads.
