Banner Ad Design Project

I just launched an affiliate program for my company (Waves University), and I need some web ads and banners created. 6 in total.Here are the specs for the ads:

W120XH90- Small Web Ad
W120XH160- Big Web Ad
W468XH60- Full Banner Ad
W250XH250- Big Banner Ad
W125XH125- Samll Square Ad
W160XH600- Wide Skyscraper

Here is what I am looking to achieve and a little background on my product:

WAVES University’s first course, ‘Success at Work’ is a 30 minute interactive training and certification course specifically designed for teens and young adults to better prepare them for the workplace.
