Banner ads for research project

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United Kingdom für sein banner ad design vorgenommen hatte.

We need a banner ad for a research project getting video gamers to answer survey questions about their favourite games, gaming websites and themselves. There is a prize of £100 in Amazon vouchers they can win by filling in the form.
We need ads in 300x250, 728x90 and 160x600 sizes. Colours and design are completely up to the designer: needs to feel like it's about video games and really grab the attention without being tacky.
Words can be changed around to fit the design but the basic concept is:

In response to the questions received that the brief is a bit confusing.
- The ads will go on multiple videogames websites. For instance see ready-up.net, made2game.com, raidingparty.net, thegamestribe.com and gamingbolt.com
