INTER-PSY Banner

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Netherlands für sein banner ad design vorgenommen hatte.

I need a banner for a outpatient (poli clinic) psychiatric clinic/ mental health care center.
The name of the out-patient clinic is ' INTER-PSY ' . It is written in capitals. The colour we use is green. Just look at the uploaded files and on our website: WWW.INTER-PSY.NL

INTER-PSY is mainly based in the city Groningen, the Netherlands (Holland).

If it is possible, I would also like to have a QR-code of our website on the banner. It should be a vertical banner.
