Book Cover Design Project

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Canada für sein book cover design vorgenommen hatte.

The story is crime fiction set in Ontario's boreal forest region, with references to brook trout fishing, drug-running and drug use, and a semi-submersible (narco sub).

Specs for Book Cover:
Back Cover + Spine Size + Front Cover - 14 in. wide x 9 in. high
(items listed from bottom of cover to top)
*layer of cobblestones or large pebbles - perhaps an inch or less deep
*underwater - extending up to 6- or 7-inch level
*surface line of stream
*profile of conifer forest - less than an inch high (could be sihlouette)
*blue sky, suggestion of clouds - extending to top

Front Cover Only Image - 6 in. wide x 9 in. high
*brook (speckled) trout (dominant image of cover) angling in from right, about to snap at syringe
*syringe (like drug paraphernalia) plunging down, needle first (second dominant image of cover)
*in background, shadowy submersible (mini sub), suggesting a fish

Final image must be JPEG, minimum 300 dpi.
