The setting is later half of the 20th century (1950s-1970s), western region of the U.S. A train depot on the flat, open front range with mountains in the distance. In the foreground, on the right side of our view is a raised loading dock type platform; work in the station building if you can. To the left of the platform are railroad tracks that go off into the distance towards the mountains. On the left foreground, a steam locomotive is parked next to the loading dock, ready to depart to mountains (the front of the engine pointing away from the point of view of the picture). From the point of view, we see the rear right corner and right side of the steam engine as well as the front right side of the attached coal tender.
