I need a book cover design for a new book titled "Strategic Diversity Leadership: Inspiring Change and Transformation in Higher Education."

This book is written to be a game changer! Hence I need a game changing design!

The focus of the book is to help colleges and universities to build sustainable capacity to become more diverse (race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation), embrace diversity, and prepare all students irrespective of background for a world that is diverse, global, and interconnected.

I am looking for an "elegant" highly professional design that is directed towards leaders of organizations.
