Legal thriller writer needs a E book cover design

I'd like a similar style to those books. If we use an image of a person, the book features a female blonde lawyer (late 40s age) looks something like actress Cate Blanchette. She would be wearing a black courtroom robe and white shirt underneath or black jacket, skirt and white shirt.
There is a court trial but if we use an image of a courtroom, it needs to be one you'd see in the English trial system, not American, as the story is set in New Zealand.
