Natural Health company needs a corporate brochure design

I already have a logo design, facebook page and a website.

I need a brochure design (headers, footers, background colours) that can be reused with changed content and different sizes using my logo but incorporating additional colour and structure.

The feel needs to be professional as the brochure will be used to describe my services such as seminars, webinars, coaching and consultations that can be delivered in house in medium and large corporations. the design should communicate professionalism, accessibility and results BUT NOT stiffness or formality.
