Mortgage Broker needs a DL leaflet design (both sides)

Hier ist was Healthy Loans Gold Coast suchte für sein brochure design.

I need a leaflet design that I will be dropping off in mailboxes to people who are renting their house or unit and looking to borrow money to buy their own home (eg Direct Mail)
It needs to be eye catching, and grab their attention quickly.My job is to arrange the home loan for them so target market is twofold :-
1. People who have decided to buy and have not yet decided how to raise the money, and
2. People who were thinking about buying and the leaflet will trigger action to be taken.
I have some existing logos and images to be used which are consistent with my website (healthyloans.com.au).
My core colour designs are Black, White & Green.
I have done a mock example via Publisher to give an idea of what I am looking for (word content OK but design needs a lot of work !) Mehr lesen
