1 unified, standard format for 4 marketing templates: doorhanger, factsheet, case study, tri-fold for an energy-services company (helping people and utilities save money)

Task Outline:

Generic templates for 4 marketing pieces that can be used-in other words: latin text fill, lots of pictures that can be replaced or modified, very professional and warm look, deliverable can be modified upon purchase for different programs since we participate in constantly changing programs (universal template is what we're looking for). The 4 pieces should have a standard look and feel (i.e., same design, different size layout)
