Brochure for real estate company

Hier ist was Storch Immobilien suchte für sein brochure design.

We need the brochure in the attachement re-designed in a consistent way with our website. The text and the structure of the text should not be altered, but addidtional design-elements and other stuff can be added. We're looking for a simple and catchy design as in our website (www.storch-immobilien.ch).
