Venterra Realty Brochure Solution

We are a Property Management company that owns 50 apartment communities; 50 products. We are in need of a new solution for our property brochures; I'm not even sure that the solution is a brochure.

The main use for brochures in our industry is having the floor plan as a visual. Rather than a typical brochure or "marketing fluff", we are looking for the most practical solution. We want a solution that illustrates our floor plans and entices the prospect to leave a deposit, put an apartment on hold and/or apply for the apartment.
Our company and its apartment communities are heavily focused on Customer Service, which is the biggest differentiator among us and our competitors. Our Customer Service initiatives are backed by a couple of 3rd party sources and our Live it. Love it. GuaranteedT initiative (30-day move in guarantee), is one of our strongest selling tools.
