Property services company requires new brochure to promote new service and existing

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in Australia für sein brochure design vorgenommen hatte.

CAMJAY needs a new A3 sized brochure (with single fold in half to create front, back and inside pages) to primarily promote our existing services and secondarily dedicate 1 whole A4 page to our new service.
We advocate very heavily towards our execution of 'safety'.
We would like the brochure to have more space dedicated to pictures rather than text. Hence, text font can be reduced to make way for more pictures.
We'd like to see some consistency from our web-site through to the brochure.
