Looking for a very professional, clean, simple, minimalist, well designed business card.
I am reestablishing my medical practice in a new town and looking for a new look. I am currently in the process of revising my corporate identity. I recently changed the business name to Well Life Family Medicine and had the logo redesigned.

I am looking for a two sided business card.
I would like to include an appointment reminder on one side.
Colors would ideally be greens and blues, cool tones, or graytones.
I like the idea of including a QR code but only if able to do in a clean and simple design.
