Iphone Business Card design needed

Hier ist was Kitto Insurance, Inc suchte für sein business card design.

I want to have my new business card designed to look like the Iphone lock screen. The front will contain my logo but just the (K) design not all the wording (attached) in the center of the card(screen) and the slide to unlock will be pointer in orange and then Kitto Insurance Inc. Not sure about the rest of the front of the card. Guessing some random date and the service bars I will leave up to your creative minds to come up with some cool. I am an insurance agency. For the back of the card I want it to look like a contact within an Iphone (picture and contact information,address etc..) I think you get the point. My name is Ryan Kitto.
