Dr G's - CD Cover Project number 6

I manage a small sound recording studio and need assistance with CD artwork, notably converting pdf image files to Photoshop, on print-ready templates, to submit to my CD duplication and packaging service

CD Name: "Keep It Clean", artist's name: "Dr. G's Good Medicine".

In addition to the technical skill required to convert my images to Photoshop format, some creative design flair is desirable: the attractive superimposition of text (e.g., CD title and artist, liner notes, song titles, etc.) onto images, and the creation of professional-looking CD labels, is also required.

So I need a cover created using the images provided with the title and details superimposed.

I have planned on a folded rectangular insert to give 4 squarish pages - printed in color on one side of the rectangle, and monochromatic on the other.
