(RE) Creation / Piano Sonatas of Scriabin, Medtner and Rachmaninoff / Marko Stuparevic

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein CD cover design vorgenommen hatte.

It is a solo, classical piano music CD. It features three Russian composers from the beginning of the 20th century: Scriabin, Rachmaninoff and Medtner.
All three works are intertwined with the theme of creation. Scriabin's piece is a fantasy about the creation of the world, Mednter's piece is based of songs he listened as a child, while Rachmaninoff's piece is a re-creation/revision of his work from 14 years before.

I need a jewel case design, 4 pages panel-folder to be inserted (Front cover design, middle pages will be reserved for the description of works and my bio) plus the back CD insert cover - will be only the presentation of tracks, and info about production.
I will provide texts and other info for these pages when needed.
