I am looking for an illustrator. I''ve attached a drawing of a character named Mr Snappy and would like someone to capture his playful spirit in a drawing. You can choose any emotion (excited, surprised, shocked, proud, or whatever) to draw him in any situation. I''m looking for an illustrator who can make him come to life. The successful illustrator will be hired to illustrate 3 children''s books with a contract to be negotiated.

Mr Snappy''s personality: He is a practical joker, always having a laugh and always gets himself into trouble, but always wins in the end. He likes to travel in a motorcycle with sidecar, a bi-plane and also an everglade boat (a boat with a large fan on the back) He makes friends easy and everyone likes him.
