That usually involves attracting the right type of demographic to your site and sustaining their interest whilst they are on there.  There's a good chance the client wants the site visitor to then take some form of action ; perhaps to contact the business, request a quote or even place an order on-line there and then. A site's design is obviously the interface which plays a significant part in communicating what you are about .  How the look and feel fits in with your industry as a whole.  What can be done on the site.  How it arouses the attention of it's audience; both before they land on the home page through SEO and good marketing .   Ease of use it is to use and how it makes people feel.  This is before we even start on the quality of your content!  I love being involved in it all.  I also write copy when clients do not wish to do their own. The man behind the markup language is me, Nick.  I'm an englishman living in rural Leicestershire, who enjoys film, food, travel and catching up with all those special people in my life.
