I have a formal Graphic Design education from Nia ...more I am a 31 year old professional graphic designer with 5+ years of experience working in print shops. I have a formal Graphic Design education from Niagara College in the Graphic Design and Art Fundamentals program. After graduating from college I proceeded to get a job as an entry level graphic designer with M&T Printing based in Kitchener Ontario. I left that job after 2.5 years when my daughter was born. When it was time to return to work after having my daughter I was hired as the graphic Designer of Minuteman Press which was in Fergus Ontario. This allowed me to be much closer to my daughter and family. I worked as the graphic designer/consultant/print operator/bindery for 3.5 years. I have been a stay at home mom ever since, but have continued to work on my graphic skills with freelancing jobs. I love creating designs for people as it allows me to show my creative skills that I have worked hard on over the year. I have always loved art and have always had a knack for technology so it was no surprise when I chose to become a graphic designer. I love designs that are both simple and creative. I have a passion for typography and mixing different fonts to create something amazing. hide
