I am Oiligriv Tomas, and I am located here in Pampanga, Philippines. I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Major in Multimedia, from Holy Angel University. I specialize in designing and developing professional, usable, beautiful websites practicing the latest W3C standard guidelines, resulting in semantic and SEO friendly XHTML and CSS. I primarily use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for all of my design projects, and Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft Visual Studio, or hand-coded depending on the type of project. I have vast experience in the design department of advertising, and my primary roles in that field were designing and developing brands/logo, print and digital advertisements, business cards/brochures/flyers, and more.
