1 Page Rate Sheet Designed in Word

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein flyer design vorgenommen hatte.

I am looking for a superfast turn-around on a 1-page rate sheet for a small financial services company.
Logo and content supplied, simply needs professional formatting and added styling to make it stand out.
The sheet needs to be designed in Word so that it can be updated daily.

Some additional notes on attached content outline:

It needs to look professional - "bank-ish" but with the ACC appetite for a little flash.

It's for brokers and loan wholesalers - not the general public.
Order of products should remain as is, the rates should be "the first thing people see".
