Economics of an Assumption vs Obtaining a New Loan at Current Market Rate

I need to marketing flyer that has fields that calculate mortgage payments amongst other calculations. I have a rough draft that I will attach.

The idea is to provide a tool for a real estate agent to use to illustrate to a potential buyer what a payment would be if they assumed the existing loan on the house or took out a new loan at current market.

The flyer needs to be able to allow an agent to drop in their logo, photo, and contact along with the loan officers photo and contact info.
