Real Estate Door Hanger - EASY

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein flyer design vorgenommen hatte.

Let''s make this real simple- it''s a 4"W x 11"L door hanger, full color front and back with a perforation 2" from the bottom. I''m dividing it into 4 categories so you know what I''m specifically looking for in each area.

BODY FRONT (4"W x 9"L) [remember the die cut towards the top!]

BOTTOM FRONT (4"W x 2"L)

BODY BACK (4"W x 9"L) [remember the die cut towards the top!]

BOTTOM BACK (4"W x 2"L)

I want the BODY FRONT to be jet black with our logo in the center. You can find it on the backside of our business card which has been uploaded.

I want the BOTTOM FRONT to be the backside of our business card.

I want the BOTTOM BACK to as closely look like the front of my business card as possible. There''s only a .5" difference on width, so it shouldn''t be too hard to accomplish.
