Chiropractic Flyers to be made more up to date

Hier ist was ein Geschäft in United States für sein flyer design vorgenommen hatte.

I have used this series of flyers for my own practice. I would like the graphics to be brought up to date and the name of the doctor and the practice, the address, phone number and date to be removed and a blank box inserted in one place on the flyer that other chiropractors could use to personalize the flyers for their practice. On some of the flyers, this information is in several places. I'd like to have it all in one space so that it would be easy for the doctor to add it in their practice.
