Eyecatching Graphic Logo for Coastal Realtor- for Branding

I am a realtor that works in the beach area of st Augustine and the first coast of florida- I would like a catchy logo for use on my letterhead -business cards- letterhead- etc... was thinking of a Labrador with a briefcase in its mouth at a front door maybe with waves behind- simple- effective eye catching- but professional- I also thought of saying " Voted Number 1 Realtor by an independent lab" ... clean- a lot of white space- use of dark teal color and maybe chocolate lab - accent color of pink- just thoughts (local Expertise...Global Exposure...25 Plus Years...
