Simple logo rebranding

I have an existing logo that needs a minor face lift. My business is a bottled water co. located in Resort of Whistler, BC. Canada. I have a new Mercedes Sprinter delivery van I am having wrapped in 3M material. It will be seen by millions of tourists from all over the world each year. The present logo I have was done 9 years ago, and was only provided in jpeg format (corel and photoshop files). It needs to be completed in Vector format for scale-ability as the size will be approx. 60" x 60" when completed. I need to keep the overall design, dimensions and colours the same (or very close) as the original, as all my products have the existing logo on them. I am just wanting to give it some "pisazz" for the side of my van. I would like to have it re-done in either; 1. stainless steel 2. A combination of stainless steel and glossy 3. Glossy 4.
