Convert existing logo to new file types: .ai, plus .eps, .tiff etc

Hier ist was RevenueBuilder suchte für sein graphic design.

I have a logo already designed in InDesign CS5, however I need the logo to be put into Adobe Illustrator CS5 and sent to me as the usual professionally created files:

.AI - Adobe Illustrator
.EPS - Encapsulated PostScript
.PDF - Portable Document Format
.PNG - Portable Network Graphics
.JPG / .JPEG - Joint Photographic Experts Group
.TIFF - Tagged Image File Format

The final outputs should include Pantone (PMS) color, four color, grayscale, black, and white versions, and different sizes and resolutions, including a landscape and a portrait version of each.

Attached here is the existing InDesign file including font packaged up, plus the Illustrator file with the symbol. The colours used must stay the same, as well as the gradients and inner shadow.
